Weekly Message–June 3-7, 2019

Good Evening SCS Families. This is Ms. Price with your weekly message for the week of June 3.

Testing & Take Two

We have concluded most testing and are now working to finish make-up testing. Teachers are informing students of their test results as we receive them. You will receive official score reports with report cards. We will begin remediation for students who qualify for the Take Two program. If your child will be participating in Take Two, we will send a letter home and you will receive a separate automated phone message with more information.

Report Cards

Report Cards will be mailed. Please ensure that we have your correct address on file.

Last Week of School & Expectations

The last day of school is Friday, June 7. Each day this week will be an instructional day. All normal school rules, including use of cell phones, are still in effect. Students should not bring electronics like video games, tablets, etc. Students will be dismissed at 2:00 p.m. Friday.

This will be my last weekly message for the school year. SCS will be closed Thursdays and Fridays during the summer break beginning next week. Have a good evening from all of us at SCS where we practice the 4C’s—Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, and Community.
