Afternoon Check-Out Procedures

Please remember to check the SCS website to review the new afternoon check-out procedures. We are asking that you:

  • Inform the Main Office of all changes in transportation prior to 1:00PM so that we can provide bus passes in a timely manner or ensure that your student comes to the carpool line, as necessary.
  • Please sign out any students prior to 3:30 p.m. We want to give you the best opportunity to get your student and be on your way prior to carpool traffic and our afternoon dismissal procedures.
  • In afternoon appointment situations, it is recommended that you call the Main Office and request that your student be called to the office close to the time you estimate you will arrive to sign them out of school. Your student can be ready to leave efficiently.

Gryphon Grind Intersession Camp

Gryphon Grind Intersession Camp will be held the first two weeks of intersession for middle and high school students. If your child is selected for Gryphon Grind, you will begin to receive notifications this week. Contact for Gryphon Grind is Mr. Richardson.

Have a good evening from all of us at SCS where we practice the 4C’s—Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, and Community.
