National Sleep Awareness Week has reminded us of the importance of getting good sleep. The tip for today tells us that how we wake up is important too. When your alarm clock goes off, cut on the lights and open the blinds. This tells the brain that it’s time to wake up. There is an old saying that “early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy, and wise.” So, make plans for getting better sleep…..it makes for a better life.
