Wednesday’s Sleep Tip

This is National Sleep Awareness Week.  Each day we will share tips for getting better sleep.  Sleep affects how we grow, develop, think, work and get along with others.  Getting good sleep helps us learn new information quickly and remember what we have learned.  The tip for today is:  Blue light from the TV, computer, and telephone tell the the brain that its time to wake up.  Try to finish homework using computers 1-2 hours before bedtime.
