Thursday’s Sleep Tip

This is National Sleep Awareness Week.  Each day we will share a tip for getting better sleep.  Today’s tip is:  To prepare your environment for sleep:  dim the lights; close the blinds and curtains; and keep the room temperature cool.  This helps you to relax and tells your body it is time to sleep.
